• The User Interface
Cinematics’ intuitive user interface makes building, modifying and playing movie playlists easy. Your playlist and movie information is always visible, along with a current movie preview and your movie controls.

Most tasks can be initiated with a single mouse click or with simple drag’n’drop. For example, to add an entire directory of movies to a playlist simply drag the folder from the Finder onto the Cinematics Playlist or onto the movies table.

• QuickTime Technology
Using QuickTime’s movie importers, Cinematics can play a wide variety of movie formats including native QuickTime Moov, MPEG, and Microsoft’s AVI formatted media.

• Expert Mode
Cinematics provides shortcuts that enable advanced users to perform most tasks without needing to navigate through any menus. Almost all the things you do to play back a movie, manage a movie playlist, or adjust the viewing environment can be accomplished with a few keystrokes.

• Detailed Movie Controls
Cinematics’ movie controls give you a great deal of freedom in how you play back your movie playlist. You can control attributes such as frame-level playback, movie playback speed, and random access to movie information.
